Hard Cooked Eggs

5. Steam eggs for 15 minutes for up to 6 eggs, and 17 minutes for 6-12 eggs. This method will make eggs easier to peel, even if you use new or fresh eggs.

6. To peel eggs, roll them along the narrow equator of egg to crack the shell, then tap them on fat end of the egg, and peel from there.
